The Detroit Alumni Chapter welcomed International President Michael and First Lady Marlene Tenenbaum for a wonderful weekend of meetings, fraternalism and Judaism.

In addition to meeting with the dental school deans of the University of Michigan and University of Detroit Mercy, Michael installed officers and honored the volunteers of the Jewish Dental Clinic.

The Detroit Alumni Chapter should be proud...

Our own Marvin Sonne received the Meritorious Service Award. It was a thrilling moment, certainly for Marv and Fran, but all of us in attendance.

The Detroit Chapter was the alumni and first time winner of the GOHI Challenge. The $2500 grant was awarded for our Jewish Dental Clinic project.

In addition, the Detroit Alumni Chapter once again was a winner for our Efficiency Report. Special thanks to Bob Lavine for preparing the report with the help of Gail Halsted.
